Air & Water Home Environment Centre Inc. has been helping homeowners, businesses and communities throughout the Cariboo-Chilcotin with water-treatment needs since 1996.

From a simple drinking-water system to larger commercial and community applications, our approach starts in the same place: understand the water, understand how it is being used and determine what actually needs to be accomplished.

Air & Water Home Environment Centre was founded in Williams Lake in 1996 by Kim Sepkowski. Over the following decades, Kim built the business around helping local homeowners and businesses solve water problems throughout the Cariboo-Chilcotin, establishing the relationships and reputation that Air & Water continues to build on today.

In 2025, Marvin Neufeld took ownership of Air & Water, beginning the company's next chapter while continuing the business, service and local relationships that had been built over the previous 29 years. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Engineering from the University of British Columbia, with a focus on extractive metallurgy. His technical background supports Air & Water's approach of understanding the water chemistry and the application before recommending treatment.

Over those years, water-treatment equipment and technology have changed considerably, but the fundamental challenge has remained the same: water quality can vary considerably from one source to another.

Our region includes municipal water, private wells, lakes and other surface-water sources. Water quality can vary considerably from one property to another — sometimes even between neighbouring wells.

Today, Air & Water continues to build on that history with the same practical starting point: understand the water, understand the application, and then determine what treatment — if any — makes sense.

Water-treatment equipment requires maintenance, and water conditions can change over time.

Air & Water provides ongoing service and troubleshooting for residential, commercial and community water-treatment systems throughout the region.

We also service a wide range of systems that we did not originally supply or install.

If an existing system isn't producing the water it used to, our first question isn't automatically how to replace it. We look at what has changed and whether the existing equipment can be returned to proper operation.
